You can send photos, files or any other attachment in Twist messages. Here’s how.
- From the message entry field, click the paperclip icon at the bottom right.
- Select the file you’d like to attach from your computer.
- The file will begin uploading and will appear below your text input box with a green checkmark when completed.
- Write the text of your message, or leave the message blank, then hit enter to send.
- From the message entry field, tap the paperclip icon or camera icon to the left.
- If you tap the paperclip icon, find a file you want to attach and tap it.
- Once it has finished uploading, you can type out a message, or leave the message blank, and hit the send icon to send it.
- If you tap the camera icon, you can take a photo or video and add it to your message.
- Once you’ve uploaded the photo or video you took, you can type out a message, or leave the message blank, and hit the send icon to send it.
You can add more attachments by tapping the + sign beside an attachment and selecting Take a photo or File.
- From the message entry field, tap the paperclip icon or camera icon to the left.
- If you tap the paperclip icon, you can select from three options:
- “Take a photo or video” will allow you to take and send a photo or video.
- “Use last photo taken” will attach the last photo or video you took.
- “Photo library” will allow you to select a photo or video from your library.
- If you tap the camera icon, you can take a photo and add it to your message directly.
- Once you’ve selected your attachment or taken your photo or video, you’ll see a progress indicator letting you know the percentage progress of the attachment upload.
- After the attachments have uploaded, you can type out a message, or leave the message blank, and hit the send icon to send it.
You can add more attachments by tapping the camera icon or paperclip icon after uploading your first attachment.
