Change your email address

Sometimes you'll need to change your primary email address or change the email address that’s associated with one of the Twist teams you’re a part of.

Change your primary email address

  1. At the top right, click on your profile picture.
  2. Click on Your settings.
  3. Click on the Emails tab.
  4. Click Add Email Address at the bottom.
  5. Type in the new email address and click Add.
  6. In the Primary Email Address drop-down select your new email address.

  3. Tap Add email address.
  4. Type out your new email address and tap Add.
  5. Below Primary Email Address, tap the email address that’s currently selected to change it to the new email address.

  2. Tap Emails.

  4. Type out your new email address and tap Add.
  5. Tap the back arrow in the top left.
  6. Below Primary Email Address, tap the email address that’s currently selected to change it to the new email address.

Change your email address for a new team

  1. At the top right, click on your profile picture.
  2. Click on Your settings.
  3. Click on the Emails tab.
  4. Click Add Email Address at the bottom.
  5. Type in the new email address and click Add.
  6. Click on the Profile tab.
  7. In the Select a team drop-down pick the team for which you’d like to change the associated email address.
  8. In the Email drop-down select your new email address.

  5. At the top left, tap the back arrow.
  6. Tap on the team for which you’d like to change the associated email address.

  9. Tap on your current email address under Email.
  10. Select the new email address.

  6. Tap on the team for which you’d like to change the associated email address.

FAQ

Q: Why can’t I delete my primary email address?

A: The primary email address can’t be deleted because it’s required to log into your Twist account. Please select a different primary email address first in order to be able to delete the previously selected primary address.

Q: Can I set a different email address to receive billing notifications?

A: Sure thing! All you have to do is change the email address associated with the team for which you’re receiving billing notifications.

Only team admins can receive billing notifications.
