As things get busy, you may not have time to read every new thread that comes your way. Sometimes, you want to mark a thread as read and move on to other work.
However, some threads are so important that even after you’ve read them, you want to make sure you come back to revisit them later. In these situations, you can mark the thread as unread.
How to mark a thread as unread
- Open the thread.
- Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Mark unread.
- Open the thread.
- Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Mark as Unread.
If your iOS device is using version iOS 13 or above, you can also use the thread's context menu to mark it as read or unread.
