Sometimes your Twist app will have trouble connecting. Here are a few symptoms:
Symptoms:
- You can't log in to Twist
- You can't connect to Twist
- Twist is frozen or stuck on the loading screen
- Threads aren't updating with newer comments
- Messages aren't updating
- The unread count isn't updating
Solutions:
- Try logging out and logging back in
- Clear your browser cache
- Double-check your internet connection
