I'm having trouble with my connection

Sometimes your Twist app will have trouble connecting. Here are a few symptoms:


  • You can't log in to Twist
  • You can't connect to Twist
  • Twist is frozen or stuck on the loading screen
  • Threads aren't updating with newer comments
  • Messages aren't updating
  • The unread count isn't updating


  • Try logging out and logging back in
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Double-check your internet connection
