You can add separate email addresses for each team you work with in Twist.
Here’s how:
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Click Your settings.
- Open the Emails tab.
- Click Add Email Address.
- Type in the new email address and click Add.
- You should now have received an email from us with a verification link. Make sure you verify your email address within 48 hours of receiving the link.
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap Emails.
- Tap Add email address.
- Type out your new email address and tap Add.

- Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Emails.

Delete an email address
If you need to remove an email address from your account, here’s how:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.

- Find the email address you want to delete, and click the trashcan icon to its right.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Confirm delete.
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
- Tap Emails.
- Find the email address you want to delete, and tap the trashcan icon to its right.
- Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete.
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Emails.
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
- Find the email address you want to delete, and tap the trashcan icon to its right.

FAQ
Q: Can I use any of the email addresses I’ve added to log in?
A: Absolutely! As long as you use the password that’s been added to your account, you can use any of the email addresses.
Q: Can I merge Twist accounts by adding the email address of another existing account?
A: Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
Q: I made a typo in my email address, how can I edit it?
A: It’s currently not possible to edit an email address that’s been added. Instead, add a new email address and delete the email address that contains the typo.
Q: Will I receive notifications on all of the added email addresses?
A: No, you’ll only receive notifications for the email addresses that have been added to a team. You’ll also only receive the notifications you’ve set up for each team.
