FAQ
I've enabled notifications, but I'm still not getting any. What else can I try?
Here are a few things you can try to get your notifications working:
- Make sure you’re not snoozing. Notifications won’t show up when Snooze is turned on.
- Check if Time Off is turned off. If you’ve enabled Time Off, Twist won’t send you any notifications.
- If you’re not getting a notification for a group message, make sure you haven’t muted it.
- Make sure your device is not in low power mode or running a battery saver app.
- Disable programs like Clean Master and other blocker apps which prevent notifications from popping up.
