Whether you’re signing up for a Twist account, adding an email address to your account, or resetting your password, you’ll receive a confirmation email to complete the update. Can’t find the email? Here are a few steps to help:
Search for the email
The email is sent from "Twist", so you can quickly search for it in your email client. If the email isn't in your inbox, check your folders; if a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
Verify that the email was sent to the correct address
On the confirmation screen in Twist, you’ll see which address the email was sent to. Double-check if this address is correct. If not, it might be one of two things:
- You signed up with the wrong email address. In that case, go back to twist.com/signup on the web, or go back to the previous screen on mobile to sign up with the correct email address.
- You’re not logged in to the right account. Please log out of Twist and log back in again with your credentials to make sure the email gets sent to your email account.
Resend the email
To receive a new confirmation or reset email, click the Resend button on the screen where you were asked to check your email. This will send another email.
