Cancel the Unlimited plan

If you’re looking to cancel your Unlimited plan, you can do so in your Twist account settings. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Twist account in a browser.
2. Open the main menu by clicking your Twist team name in the top-left corner of Twist.
3. In the drop-down menu, select Settings & Members.
4. Click Billing.
5. Select View billing details.
6. Click Switch to the Free plan.
7. A pop-up window will open, where you can provide a reason for downgrading your account.
8. Click Confirm this change.

Cancel auto-renewal of the Unlimited plan

If you want to continue using the Unlimited plan, but would like to stop auto-renewal for your next billing cycle, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Twist account in a browser.
2. Open the main menu by clicking your Twist team name in the top-left corner of Twist.
3. In the drop-down menu, select Settings & Members.
4. Click Billing.
5. Select View billing details.
6. Click Payment methods.
7. Hover over your card details.
8. Click Delete.
9. Click OK to confirm.
