Box lets you securely access information and collaborate with anyone on your team, on every device. Automate workflows, keep documents private, and integrate your existing tools for seamless collaboration with your teammates.
With this integration, you can automate the following actions:
- Create a new folder or file when you start a new Twist thread.
- Share files with your team and get notified when someone shares a file, comment, or folder with you in Box.
- Post a comment to a Twist thread whenever a new file is added to a Box folder.
- Post new messages from a thread to a Box file, in order to document the conversation.
Setting up the integration
- Open Twist.
- Click your team icon in the top-left corner.
- Choose Settings & members.
- Click Integrations.
- Open the Browse tab and search Zapier.
- Click Add.
- Click Add to Twist. You will see the on-screen instructions.
- Sign in to Zapier. If you don’t have an account, create a Zapier account.
- Visit Twist’s Zapbook and search for Box. Choose Box from the search results.
- Choose the Zap you’d like to create and click Connect Twist + Box.
- Connect your Twist and Box accounts and set up the Zap.
- Click Finish to turn on your Zap.
